事情是這樣的，我家旁邊一小塊地多年長期被親戚所佔用，而且在上面蓋了鐵皮屋並租給人做小生意使用，租金也是我親戚他們收走，日前人家退租了而我們想把地收回當作車庫使用，我媽就去找我親戚談說看他鐵皮屋蓋多少錢要補貼他一點，請他拆走，不料我那親戚卻獅子大開口！說：地可隔三個車位，看市值多少？那他有一半的權利。我媽聽了差點昏倒！長期不和親戚計較，現在卻還讓對方刁難！所以想請教版上大大此事該如處理才能完美解決。〈因為我媽說盡量不要走法律途徑，怕影響親戚之間情誼〉但如果一定要走法律途徑，是告他們侵占嗎？小弟懇請大大們指點指點，謝謝。
