日醫師日本打贏離婚官司 台灣踢鐵板

日本醫師田邊敏明和鄭姓台籍妻子不睦，2011年日本國大阪家庭裁判所判決雙方離婚，並裁定子女親權由田邊敏明行使；但妻子和小孩都在台灣，田邊提請求判決認可訴訟。士林地方法院以日方的判決違反我方民事訴訟法「敗訴之被告未應訴者」駁回，不准強制執行。

鄭婦說，對方趁著她回台時提離婚，她來不及答辯；而且是丈夫通姦在先，應歸責對方。
