網路故障 逆子嗆父判2月

羅姓男學生不滿家中網路故障，持刀作勢向父親嗆聲。高雄地院審結，依違反家暴法恐嚇罪判處2個月、緩刑2年，服勞務60小時。

高雄地方法院判決書指出，羅男民國102年7月間因電腦無法連接網路，要求父親恢復未果，心生不滿，持水果刀對父親說「如果不修好殺人」等，並到廚房拿取玻璃杯擲往地上摔破。

羅父心生畏懼，報請高雄市警察局新興分局移送高雄地檢署偵辦，檢方依家庭暴力防治法恐嚇罪起訴。

高雄地院審結，承審法官認為羅男確有明顯悔意，並取得老父諒解，且已於外地求學住宿，與家人產生摩擦機會減少，依違反家暴法恐嚇罪判處徒刑2個月、得易科罰金、緩刑2年，並向指定的公益團體、社區提供義務勞務60個小時。
