你好~

建議你可以先進入安全模式，開啟控制台的解除安裝程式，並確認程式清單中是否有Ask.com的軟體，若有就將其移除，移除完畢後，到C磁碟區的Program Files以及Program Data兩個資料夾中尋找有沒有Ask.com的資料夾，若有也一併刪除，刪除完畢之後確認問題是否解決，希望以上資訊能夠幫助到你！

如何進入安全模式：由於各家主機板進入方式不同，最大眾的進入方式是在開機的時候連點鍵盤上的F8即可選擇安全模式進入，若F8沒有效，F2、F5也可以嘗試看看！
